Representative Mulder brought up reconsideration of the concurrence            
vote on the Senate amendments to CSHJR 44(RLS) am (page 3812).                 
                                                                               
                                                                               
The following was again before the House:                                      
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44(RLS) am                                  
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to redistricting and reapportionment of the legislature;              
repealing obsolete language setting out the apportionment schedule             
used to elect members of the first state legislature.

Representative Mulder placed a call of the House.
